- Chemical and metabolic stability studies of drugs using LC-DAD-UV and LC-MS / MS techniques
- Characterization of bioactive substances in complex matrices by LC-MS / MS and GC-MS analysis
Studies of chemical (A) and metabolic stability of drugs (B).
- A1) Forced degradation studies of drugs with identification and synthesis of degradation products. Characterization of drug impurities.
- A2) Development and validation of LC-DAD-UV, Uv-Vis and LC-MS / MS methods for the determination of active ingredients and degradation products in pharmaceutical formulations
- B1) In vitro / in vivo metabolic stability studies (animal / human model): identification and synthesis of metabolites
- B2) Identification studies of the isoforms involved in drug metabolism
- C) Qualitative and quantitative determination of pollutants and contaminants (eg pesticides) by LC-MS / MS and GC-MS / MS analysis.
Characterization and quantitative determination of active ingredients (bioactive substances) in complex natural matrices (e.g., plant extracts) by LC-MS and GC-MS analysis
