The Coordination Office provides strategic and operational support to the Heads of Departments and the Collegial Bodies of the Campus. It also serves as a link between the General Directorate and the decentralized structures, ensuring efficient process management, effective communication, and robust administrative and technical support.

The office ensures excellence and efficiency in the planning and delivery of teaching activities, actively supporting Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Programs, as well as Masters, Advanced Training, and Professional Development courses. It also provides continuous support to Program Directors and promotes internationalization initiatives.

The office is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to the Schools of Specialisation, taking care of teaching scheduling, the management of trainees and residents, and offering assistance to the management. It also facilitates relations with the NHS and AOUs to ensure the quality of training courses.

The office promotes, develops, and manages research and advanced training activities. It assists faculty, researchers, and PhD candidates in accessing funding opportunities, implementing projects, and organizing doctoral programs. It also supports international opportunities, project proposals, and mobility for incoming and outgoing researchers (visiting fellows/scientists/PhDs/scholars). Working closely with the central Research Department, the office helps enhance scientific excellence and strengthen the university’s impact locally and internationally.

    The Novara office provides technical and specialist support to the research and teaching activities carried out in the Cluster's laboratories, guaranteeing the operational efficiency of the infrastructures and the safety of the environments. It works in close liaison with the Novara Laboratories Office, ensuring adherence to University standards and the enhancement of local specificities.

    The cluster operates across three campuses with an integrated model for centralized coordination while ensuring proximity to local needs. It manages the strategic activities related to the preservation, enhancement, and innovation of the bibliographic heritage, supporting research and teaching as an enabling infrastructure.
